This very cheap, very early facility should definately
be considered a "must-have" for your base ( unless you either plan to control
your population severly, or you prefer harsh methods like nerve stapling / the
Punishment Sphere to deal with drones ). When combined
with the Hologram Theatre ( or Network
Node , as appropriate ), and a reasonably enlightened social
engineering agenda, you should expect to not have to deal with Drones until
after you build your Hab Complex. And that adds up
to a significant boost to productivity throughout the lifetime of your base .
