3. Yellow Submarine (1968)
The cartoon Beatles agree to accompany Captain Fred in his Yellow
Submarine and go to Pepperland to free it from the music hating
Blue Meanies. Although the band had nothing to do with the actual
film or voice-overs, they do put in a 30 second cameo at the very
end of the movie.

Claude (John
Savage) leaves the family ranch in Oklahoma for New York where
he strikes up a friendship with the group of hippies, led by Berger
(Treat
Williams), and falls in love with Sheila (Beverly
D'Angelo), girl from the rich family. However, their happiness
is short because Claude must go to fight in the Vietnam war.
